Refund policy

For Online Purchases

1. Change of Mind - You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 14 days. We must then receive the product within 14 days. ( 28 Total ). We will issue a refund immediately.

2 Faulty Product - You must notify us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. In cases where brands have unique returns policies, we will honour those extended policies. If you find a product fault after the 30 days, it is still advisable to contact the store.

Returning you Purchase - Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: RunPod, The Building Block, Bridge Street, Sligo. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item shows evidence of wear or damage. In the event of product fault, you will be refunded in full.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items that show evidence of wear or damage that was not present at time of purchase can not be returned unless a clear sign of fault is present.

Change of mind after in-store measurements and assessments
Refund or exchange is not guaranteed, even if the product is in re-sell condition. Each case is taken individually. In the event a return is accepted after a change of mind, our Gait Analysis fee will be subtracted from the refund. (€30)
